Calmer bedtimes, at your own pace.
A step-by-step sleep course for parents of babies through to school-age children — with optional hands-on support from a real person, not a chatbot.
Delivered as downloadable PDF modules. No videos to sit through, no app to install, no expiry.
You're not doing anything wrong.
If bedtime currently involves stalling, crying, or five trips back to the room, it's easy to assume you've missed something everyone else knows.
Most sleep struggles come down to a handful of fixable patterns — how the room is set up, when the routine starts, whether your child can settle themselves back to sleep between cycles. None of those are parenting mistakes. They're just things nobody explained.
The Sleep Reset walks you through exactly what's going on and what to change, age by age, without pressure or a rigid method you have to follow to the letter.
Every child wakes between sleep cycles.
Roughly every 45–60 minutes for babies, about 90 for older children. That part is normal.
The real question is whether they can resettle without you. That's what the course helps you fix.
Simple, calm, and built around your week — not ours.
Choose your level of support
Self-paced, or with written feedback, or with a 1:1 call. Every option includes the full course.
Download the modules straight away
Your links arrive by email the moment you check out. Read on your phone, print them, work through them whenever you have ten quiet minutes.
Make one change at a time
Each module ends with a single action step. Small, consistent changes are what actually stick — not an overnight overhaul.
Eight modules, in the order that makes sense.
Each module follows the same shape: why it happens, what to do, what to expect, and one action step. Most take 15–20 minutes to read.
Plus a companion worksheet with every module, a printable sleep log, and the Bedtime Routine Sticker Chart for your child.
Pick the amount of support that suits you.
All three include the full course. The difference is how much of our time you'd like alongside it.

Leave your email and you'll be the first to hear when the next month opens — usually on the 1st. No spam, and you can unsubscribe any time.
The honest answers.
What ages is this for?
Babies from around 4 months through to school-age children. Module 1 covers what's normal at each age so you know where you're starting from, and Module 4 has age-specific plans. Newborn sleep (0–3 months) is naturally disorganised, so we don't recommend "fixing" it — but the environment and routine modules still help.
Is this a cry-it-out method?
No. The course is about setting up the room, the routine and the timing so your child can settle more easily — and building their ability to resettle gradually. You choose the pace; nothing here asks you to leave your child to cry.
How do I get the modules?
As soon as you check out, Shopify emails you a private download link for every file. They're PDFs, so you can read them on your phone, save them, or print them. There's no login and no expiry.
How does the feedback work on the £347 option?
Your welcome email explains how to send your sleep log (a simple printable template is included). Once a week for two weeks, you email it over (a photo of the filled-in log is fine) and get written feedback and adjustments back within two working days. Your two weeks start from your first log, so you can begin whenever you're ready.
Why is the 1:1 option limited to 5 a month?
Because it's genuinely one person doing the calls and check-ins. Five families a month is the number that keeps each plan properly personal. When the month is full the button above changes to a waitlist, and spots reopen on the 1st.
Is this medical advice?
No. The Sleep Reset is general parenting guidance based on widely accepted sleep principles. For anything health-related — breathing, feeding, growth, or if you're worried — please speak to your GP or health visitor, and always follow current NHS safe-sleep guidance.
Can I get a refund?
Because the modules are digital downloads delivered instantly, they're non-refundable once sent — but if something's genuinely not right, email us and we'll sort it. For the 1:1 option, you can reschedule your call with 24 hours' notice.
Built by a parent, not a corporate programme.
The Sleep Reset comes from the same small team behind See:Saw Kids — the children's clothing shop you may already know us from. It exists because we kept hearing the same thing from the parents we talk to every day: bedtime is the hard bit, and most of the advice out there is either rigid or overwhelming.
So we wrote the calm, practical version.
