For two years you've trusted us with what your children wear. Today we're telling you about something a bit different.
Every week we talk to parents — at events, in messages, in the comments — and one thing comes up more than anything else. Not sizing. Not delivery. Bedtime. The stalling, the crying, the fifth trip back into the room, the 2am Googling. And nearly always the same quiet worry underneath it: is it me?
So we built The Sleep Reset: a calm, practical sleep course for parents of babies through to school-age children. No rigid method, no videos to sit through, no app to install. Just the things nobody explained, in the order that makes sense.
First, the bit that changes everything
Every child wakes between sleep cycles. Every 45 to 60 minutes for babies, roughly every 90 for older children and adults. That's not the problem — it's just how sleep works.
The real question is whether your child can get themselves back to sleep between those cycles, or whether they need you to do it for them, every single time. Most "my child wakes too much" problems are actually resettling problems. Once you see it that way, the fixes stop being mysterious.
And most of those fixes come down to a handful of patterns: how the room is set up, when the bedtime routine starts, whether it's the same every night. None of them are parenting mistakes. You're not doing anything wrong.
What's in the course
Eight modules, delivered as downloadable PDFs the moment you check out. Each one follows the same shape — why it happens, what to do, what to expect, and one action step — and most take 15 to 20 minutes to read.
- Understanding your child's sleep — is it a real problem, or just normal for their age?
- The sleep environment — the fastest, easiest fix in the whole course
- Building a bedtime routine that signals "sleep is coming"
- Age-specific plans — newborn, baby, toddler and preschooler
- Night weaning, gently and at the right time
- Nap transitions without the overtired meltdowns
- Regressions — what they are and how to ride them out
- Troubleshooting — early waking, stalling, and when nothing seems to work
You also get the Sleep Reset Workbook — a companion sheet for every module plus a printable 7-night sleep log — and the Bedtime Routine Sticker Chart for your child.
Three ways to do it
All three include the full course. The difference is how much of our time you'd like alongside it.
- The Course — £127. Self-paced. For parents who want a clear plan they can work through on their own. Lifetime access, no expiry.
- Course + Feedback — £347. Send us your sleep log once a week for two weeks and get written feedback and plan adjustments back by email. No calls to schedule.
- 1:1 Sleep Plan — £597. A 45–60 minute video call to build a plan around your child specifically, then two weeks of check-ins while you put it into action. We only take five families a month, because it's genuinely one person doing the calls — when the month is full, the page shows a waitlist instead.
Is it a cry-it-out method?
No. The Sleep Reset is about setting up the room, the routine and the timing so your child can settle more easily, and building their ability to resettle gradually. You choose the pace. Nothing in it asks you to leave your child to cry.
It's also not medical advice. It's general parenting guidance based on widely accepted sleep principles — for anything health-related, please speak to your GP or health visitor, and always follow current NHS safe-sleep guidance.
Child starting school? Start here instead
Sleep struggles don't end at toddlerhood. Starting Reception or Year 1 is one of the biggest routine disruptions after infancy — earlier wake-ups, shattered afternoons, the after-school meltdown. We've made a free one-page Starting School Survival Checklist for exactly that: twenty tickable steps from six weeks before term to the first half-term. No course purchase needed.
Why we're the ones doing this
We're not a sleep clinic, and we're not pretending to be. We're a small children's clothing brand run by a parent, and we wrote the calm, practical version of the advice we kept wishing someone had given us. If that sounds like what you need, it's ready when you are — there's no launch window and no countdown.
